The Children's Coalition of the Lehigh Valley (CCLV) is a community based, member supported, nonpartisan advocacy organization. CCLV provides advocates, parents, citizens, and community leaders opportunities to raise public awareness and influence public policy making through a range of advocacy and networking activities.

• CCLV was subcontracted by the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley to carry out a large part of the LEARN grant.
